Does TRC provide hardware for network?
TRC have no restriction for hardware procurement by either party. The client may procure the required hardware at its own or let the company provide end to end hardware and services within allocated budget. If one is interested to procure hardware at its own, TRC experts will evaluate the hardware feasibility according to the solution requirements.
Does TRC provide operational support to its client?
TRC O&M team takes over the network once the network deployment is completed. As an extension of the network fault monitoring we can provide Level 1 and Level 2 fault diagnosis and resolution.
What are the rights reserved by TRC after commissioning of network?
On acceptance of technical proposal by a client TRC reserves the rights that client will not disclose TRC technical and financial proposal to other service provider/ competitor. |
