Since its inception in 2006, the Human Resource department has had many professional challenges to take on. With the ultimate aspiration of becoming a valuable strategic partner to the company, our first challenge was to strengthen the administrative aspect of Human Resource management by consolidating various personnel practices adopted by the organization. We have throughout been steadily assuming a role which goes above and beyond personnel administration, and enables the Human Resource department to engage such people in the organization, who are prepared to respond to the needs of the company. We have set in place human resource management systems and processes which aim at channeling the efforts and energies of our people towards the envisioned goals and we are working towards aligning these systems with the growing needs of the organization.
We believe that the role of Human Resource professionals is far more challenging in a services interjector company which is unique in its human resource needs. The company is in the business of developing responsible citizens who espouse values of personal integrity and can contribute towards social and economic prosperity.
